A 47-year-old truck driver from Kansas City, Mo., was injured when his truck overturned on a curve on I-70 at 7th Street.
The accident happened at 3:53 p.m. June 16 on I-70 westbound.
According to a trooper’s report, a Mack truck was merging onto westbound I-70 from 7th Street when its load shifted while negotiating a curve. The truck overturned and flipped to a stop against a barrier wall, the report stated.
The driver was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the report.
