An injury-accident was reported about 1:18 a.m. Saturday, May 27, on westbound I-70 near the Legends exit at 110th Street, according to the Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
A 43-year-old Kansas City, Kansas, man driving a Chevy van failed to maintain the lane and struck construction barriers, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver was injured and taken to the hospital, the report stated. He was not wearing a seat belt, the report stated.
