A driver on eastbound I-70, east of I-435, was injured this morning when he lost control of his vehicle and went into a ditch.
According to the Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report, a 1995 four-door Ford struck a tree after it went into the ditch around 7:25 a.m. July 18.
The driver, a 26-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man, was injured and taken to a hospital, according to the trooper’s report.
