A woman was injured in a hit-and-run collision on Oct. 28 on eastbound I-70 just east of 18th Street in Kansas City, Kansas, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper’s report.
The 39-year-old Olathe, Kansas, woman was driving a Nissan Altima about 7 p.m. Oct. 28 when her vehicle was rear-ended at a high rate of speed. The driver of the unknown vehicle fled the scene, the trooper’s report stated.
The woman was taken to a Kansas City, Kansas, hospital with a possible serious injury, the report stated.
A 6-year-old Olathe, Kansas, boy who was a passenger in the Altima had no apparent injury, the report stated.
