The Kansas City, Kan., Downtown Shareholders will meet from 11:30 to 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, at the Reardon Convention Center, 500 Minnesota Ave., Kansas City, Kan.
The guest speaker will be Melissa Mundt, assistant Unified Government administrator.
