The guest speakers at the Wyandotte County Third Saturday Democratic Breakfast on Saturday, Jan. 18, will be State Rep. Pam Curtis, D-32nd Dist., and Teresa Garcia Krusor, Democratic National Committeewoman.
Rep. Curtis is the chair of the Wyandotte County legislation delegation. Krusor was vice chair of the Kansas Democratic Party eight years and has been the Democratic National Committeewoman for the past eight years.
The breakfast buffet will open at 8:15 a.m., with the program at 9 a.m. at Las Islas Marias, 7516 State Ave.
The cost of the buffet is $10; or $6 for students and those on limited incomes. The breakfast is open to all Democrats.
No purchase is necessary to attend and listen to the program. Those who are planning to purchase a breakfast are asked to make reservations to [email protected] by Friday, Jan. 17. Students attending the breakfast for their first time can receive a free breakfast paid by a sponsor.
