A critical injury accident was reported about 1:55 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, at 42nd and Kansas Avenue, according to the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
The victim was in a truck eastbound on Kansas Avenue when he struck a vehicle traveling south on 42nd, according to a police spokesman.
The driver of the eastbound truck, a man in his 40s, was ejected from the vehicle, police stated.
He was last reported to have critical injuries, police said.
