Cool, windy weather in Wednesday’s forecast

Today’s forecast calls for cloudy skies with a high near 52 and windy weather, according to the National Weather Service.

Some light showers will be possible south of Interstate 70 this morning, otherwise, conditions will remain dry for the rest of the week and through the weekend, according to the weather service.

Today’s east wind of 5 to 9 mph, gusting as high as 18 mph, will change to light in the afternoon, the weather service said.

Tonight, it will be mostly cloudy, then become mostly clear, with a low of 39, according to the weather service. A light and variable wind will become northwest 5 to 7 mph after midnight.

Thursday, it will be sunny with a high near 55 and a north northwest wind of 5 to 9 mph, the weather service said.

Thursday night, it will be mostly clear with a low of 32 and a light and variable wind, according to the weather service.

Friday, it will be sunny with a high near 55 and a light south southeast wind becoming south 5 to 9 mph in the morning, the weather service said.

Friday night, it will be mostly clear with a low of 37, according to the weather service.

Saturday, it will be sunny with a high near 58, the weather service said.

Saturday night, it will be partly cloudy with a low of 42, according to the weather service.

Sunday, the high will be near 61 with partly sunny skies, the weather service said.

Sunday night, the low will be around 50 with mostly cloudy skies, according to the weather service.

Monday, it will be mostly cloudy with a high near 59, the weather service said.

Monday night, the low will be around 38 with mostly cloudy skies, according to the weather service.

Tuesday, the high will be near 48 with mostly cloudy skies, the weather service said.
