When a Chevy Malibu changed lanes and hit a semi trailer on Tuesday, Nov. 15, it went into a spin, according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
The Chevy spun off the roadway into a ditch, according to the trooper’s report. The driver drove back onto the shoulder of I-70 afterward. The collision happened on I-70 west of K-7, the trooper’s report stated.
The driver of the Chevy, a 66-year-old man from Wamego, Kan.,was not injured, the trooper’s report stated.
Also not injured was the driver of the semi, a 43-year-old man from Raymore, Mo., according to the report.
