Injuries reported as truck rolls over at I-435 and K-32

Injuries were reported in a pickup truck rollover about 1:35 p.m. Friday, April 15, at I-435 southbound at K-32 in Edwardsville, Kan., according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.

Two injuries were reported, the highway patrol trooper’s report stated.

A Toyota pickup truck was southbound on I-435 when the passenger rear tire blew, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle, the report stated.

The truck went off the road to the left, rolled and came to rest in a median ditch on its wheels, according to the trooper’s report.

A 45-year-old man from St. Joseph, Mo., driving the truck was injured and taken to a hospital, the trooper’s report stated.

A 52-year-old man from Roachdale, Ind., also was injured and taken to the hospital, according to the report.

  1. I thank God for this page, if not for you guys we wouldn’t know half the news that happens in our county. We seem to not be a part of the 3 news channels that are in our area unless some one dies. So thank you. Truly wish some one would start a dott channel 1 station lol.
