A new Civitan Club in Kansas City, Kansas, plans to meet at 6 p.m. April 12 at The Dotte Spot, 8123 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas.
The new club, the Lancaster-Melton Peace Keepers Civitan Club, is named in honor of the memory of Detective Brad Lancaster and Capt. Robert Melton of the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
