Christmas in July at Wyandotte County Lake

The annual Christmas in July event is underway at Wyandotte County Lake Park. Dressed as a summertime version of Santa Claus was Russell Love, night-time director of the Eisenhower Recreation Center. A pontoon boat parade is planned at 8:30 p.m., with food vendors, music, and fireworks afterward at the beach shelter. The event is open to the public. (Photo by Lou Braswell)
