The Kansas City, Kan., Area Chamber of Commerce will showcase area businesses in “The Best of KCK and WyCo” Business Expo.
The event is from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, at Children’s Mercy Park, Kansas City, Kan.
The Boulevard Members Club will be filled with regional businesses of all categories and sizes for hundreds of attendees, all while gaining exposure and access to the area’s leading business professionals, a spokesman for the chamber stated.
“We have more than 70 vendors registered and we are anticipating more than 300 attendees for this event,” said Daniel Silva, president and CEO of the KCK Chamber of Commerce.
“We encourage the public to join us and celebrate all the great businesses impacting KCK and Wyandotte County, and to sample the unique ‘flavor’ of our business community,” he said.
Tickets are $10 for members, $15 for non-members and $20 the day-of the event. A ticket includes admission, two drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres.
Businesses represented range from large corporations to local non-for-profits of varying industries including local restaurants, health care providers, media companies, artists and banks.
This year, the KCK Chamber is adding an award for both booth participants and attendees. The booths will compete to win in three categories – Most Innovative Booth, Most Interactive Booth and Tastiest Booth. Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite booths in each category.
