Temperatures increasing to 89 today

Temperatures will climb to a high near 89 today, with sunny skies, according to the National Weather Service forecast.

The slow climb will continue Thursday, when temperatures reach 93, the weather service said.

There will be a chance for a few storms on Thursday night and Friday, according to the weather service. No severe weather is expected.

There is another chance for widespread storms on Saturday night through Thursday, the weather service said.

Today, it will be sunny with a high near 89 and a calm wind becoming east around 5 mph in the afternoon, the weather service said.

Tonight, it will be clear, with a low of 67 and an east wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable after midnight, according to the weather service.

Thursday, it will be sunny, with a high near 93 and a southwest wind of 3 to 6 mph, the weather service said.

Thursday night, it will be mostly clear, with a low of 68 and a south wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening, according to the weather service.

Friday, it will be mostly sunny, with a high near 89 and a calm wind becoming east around 6 mph in the afternoon, the weather service said.

Friday night, it will be partly cloudy, with a low of 69, according to the weather service.

Saturday, it will be partly sunny, with a high near 90, the weather service said.

Saturday night, there is a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m., then a chance of showers after 2 a.m., the weather service said. The low will be around 72.

Sunday, there is a 50 percent chance of showers, with a high near 85, the weather service said.

Sunday night, there is a 40 percent chance of showers before 8 p.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m., then a chance of showers after 2 a.m., according to the weather service. The low will be around 71.

Monday, there is a 40 percent chance of showers, with a high near 87, the weather service said.

Tuesday, there is a 30 percent chance of showers, with a high near 84, the weather service said.
