Fairfax Industrial Association luncheon today canceled

The Fairfax Industrial Association luncheon scheduled at 11:30 a.m. today, March 12, has been canceled because of increasing concern about the coronavirus-19, according to an announcement from the FIA.

Those who were already registered for the luncheon may apply their reservation to a future luncheon, according to the announcement. Those who would like a refund may email rachel.chambers@ergon.com.

Last night a major local culinary event happened in Kansas City, Kansas.

The culinary school at Kansas City Kansas Community College was the host of the Kansas City Chefs Association meeting.

This is the first time the Kansas City Chefs meeting was here in Kansas City, Kansas.

Some of the top chefs belong to this organization, and the response was fantastic.

The students in the KCKCC culinary program did a fantastic job, and the top chefs gave them a standing ovation for a job well done.
