A Chevy Malibu and a semi truck collided at 5:09 p.m. Monday, March 20, on westbound I-70, east of the I-435 exit, according to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report.
According to the trooper’s report, the Malibu driver made an unsafe lane change and struck the semi.
The driver of the Malibu, a 61-year-old Kansas City, Kansas, woman, was not injured, the report stated.
The driver of the semi, a 48-year-old man from Shawnee, Kansas, had a possible injury, according to the trooper’s report.
