A candidate forum is planned at 6 p.m. tonight, July 19, at Kansas City Kansas Community College, upper Jewell building, 7250 State Ave.
Candidates for Unified Government Commission, 5th District; UG Commission 7th District; and UG Commission, 8th District; are scheduled at 6 p.m. tonight.
Candidates for the Board of Public Utilities, at-large District 1, are scheduled about 7:30 p.m. July 19.
The sponsors of the candidate forum are Business West, KCKCC, the Central Avenue Betterment Association and the Historic Northeast-Midtown Association.
There are plans to tape the forum and show it later on the KCKCC cable channel.
