A candidate forum held Thursday, Oct. 18, at Kansas City Kansas Community College is being shown on the college’s cable television station and also is online on the college’s YouTube channel.
Candidates for state representative, 33rd District; state representative, 36th District; and state Board of Education, District 1, were invited to participate in the forum. These are contested seats in the Nov. 6 general election.
The forum was sponsored by KCKCC, Business West and other neighborhood business revitalization groups.
It is being shown on the KCKCC cable TV channel on Spectrum Cable channel 17 and Google TV channel 146.
