The Board of Public Utilities will meet at 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, at the BPU offices, 540 Minnesota Ave., Kansas City, Kan.
On the agenda for the work session will be an update from the general manager and board, followed by a closed 45-minute session to discuss litigation.
The regular BPU meeting will begin at 6 p.m. June 3.
