The Board of Public Utilities will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 17, in a virtual meeting.
The meeting will be conducted through the telephone and internet. It is not in person.
A work session will begin at 5 p.m., followed by the regular session at 6 p.m.
The BPU Finance Committee will meet at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday.
On the agenda for the regular meeting at 6 p.m. are a public comments time, general manager and staff reports with a COVID-19 update, preliminary December financial report, a discussion of the effect of COVID-19 on regional utilities, introduction of a new chief information officer, miscellaneous comments and board comments.
On the agenda for the work session at 5 p.m. Wednesday are board updates, general manager updates and a report on the KCKCC downtown development.

Members of the public will be asked to raise their hand to signal they wish to address the board. To raise your hand, click on the “Raise Hand” feature at the bottom of the application or window or press *9 if connected by phone only.
During the public comment section of the agenda, community members will be asked to provide their name and address and will then have 5 minutes to speak.
