Members of the Kansas City, Kansas, Board of Public Utilities elected new officers to the board.
New officers include Jeff Bryant, president; Norman D. Scott, vice president and Ryan Eidson, secretary.
Before being elected board president, Jeff Bryant served as vice president. He has been on the Board of Directors since 2011.
Bryant is the estimator – job cost analyst for Plastic Packaging Technologies in Kansas City, Kansas. He has been with the company for over 30 years serving in a variety of roles.
He is a member of the Armourdale Renewal Association and former member of the KC Chapter of the NAACP. Mr. Bryant serves on the Unified Government’s Public Works and Safety Committee; serves on the board of directors for Leadership 2000 and also serves on the Schlagle Site Council.
He is a graduate of Turner High School and attended Donnelly College. He and his wife Crystal raised their three children, Amanda, Jeffrey and Derek, in the Turner School District. He is a Leadership 2000 Class XX graduate, and represents Plastic Packaging at many KCK Chamber of Commerce activities.
