A Bonner Springs woman was injured after her Toyota Camry hit the construction barrier wall on eastbound I-70 near K-7.
According to a Kansas Turnpike Authority trooper’s report, the crash happened at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26.
A Freightliner semi and the Camry were eastbound on I-70 when the semi changed lanes, causing the Camry to hit the construction barrier wall, according to the trooper’s report.
The 70-year-old Bonner Springs woman driving the Camry was injured and taken to a hospital, the trooper’s report stated.
The driver of the semi, a 65-year-old man from Wisconsin, was not injured, according to the trooper’s report.
