A body found floating in Big 11 Lake on Monday has been identified, according to the Wyandotte County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman.
The victim was Kelvin Fulson, age 42.
While the investigation is still ongoing, the Sheriff’s Office is not looking for a person of interest at this time, stated Lt. Kelli Bailiff, spokeswoman. The cause of death has not yet been released.
