At the Bike Rodeo

Despite rain, more than an estimated 150 kids showed up to participate in the 13th annual KCK West Kiwanis Bike Rodeo, held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the T-Bones stadium at 1800 Village West Parkway. Youth had their bikes inspected, completed a bicycle safety course, received bike safety helmets and T-shirts. There also was a drive-through car seat safety check. (Photo by Steve Rupert)
