The Argentine Health Fair will take place on Sept. 12 at Argentine Community Center, 2810 Metropolitan, Kansas City, Kan.
The festival begins at 10 a.m. and lasts until 2 p.m. Saturday.
At the health fair, there will be health screenings, community resources, a bounce house, face painting and other events.
The health fair will take registration for free Zumba classes and other exercise programs, and free nutrition sessions. The health classes will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, starting on Sept. 14.
The health fair is connected to the Healthy Argentine Program, sponsored by UG Parks and Recreation, Argentine Betterment Corp., and Argentine Neighborhood Development Association.
