The Board of Public Utilities Employees Charity Golf Corp. has opened applications for consideration as a beneficiary to receive proceeds from this year’s annual tournament.

The application process is now open and will close on Monday, May 17, a BPU spokesman said.

The tournament committee is looking for applications from nonprofit organizations that benefit children and youth within Kansas City, Kansas, and Wyandotte County.
