With her mother, Debra Triggs-Boyd, looking on, Kansas City Kansas Community College first team All-American Cierra Gaines signed a letter of intent Wednesday to continue her basketball career at Central Missouri State University this fall. In addition to earning NJCAA Division II All-American recognition, Gaines was the Player of the Year in the Jayhawk Division II Conference and second team All-Jayhawk.
