Advance voting continues today

Advance voting continues today in Wyandotte County.

Three voting sites are open today.

The sites include:

  • The Election Office, 850 State Ave., open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30.
  • Joe Amayo-Argentine Community Center, 2810 Metropolitan Ave,. Kansas City, Kansas, open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30.
  • Eisenhower Recreation Center, multipurpose room, 2901 N. 72nd St., KCK, open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 30.

Advance voting also takes place from 8 a.m. to noon Monday, Nov. 1, at the Election Office only, 850 State Ave., KCK.

Those voters who have requested and received an advance ballot by mail can return their ballot through the U.S. Postal Service; in person at the Election Office; in person at their polling place; or at one of the secured ballot drop boxes, according to information on the election commissioner’s website. The ballot drop boxes are at the Bonner Springs Library, 201 N. Nettleton Ave., Bonner Springs; Edwardsville City Hall, 690 S. 4th St., Edwardsville; West Wyandotte KCK Public Library, 1737 N. 82nd St., Kansas City, Kansas, KCK City Hall, 701 N. 7th St., KCK; and the Election Office, 850 State Ave., KCK.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2.
