Advance voting starts on Tuesday, Oct. 25, in three locations in Wyandotte County.
Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 8, at regular polling places, but registered residents also may vote early.
According to information from the Wyandotte County Election Office, advance voting is open from Tuesday, Oct. 25, through Friday, Nov. 4, at Eisenhower Recreation Center, 2901 N. 72nd St., Kansas City, Kan.; at the Wyandotte County Election Office, 850 State Ave., Kansas City, Kan.; and at the Transit Meeting Room, 849 B N. 47th St. (at Indian Springs), Kansas City, Kan.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday for the advance voting locations, except the Wyandotte County Election Office, where the hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
There is also advance voting at the three locations on two Saturdays, Oct. 29 and Nov. 5. Saturday hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for Eisenhower and the Transit location, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Election Office.
Advance voting also continues from 8 a.m. to noon Monday, Nov. 7, at the Wyandotte County Election Office only, according to information from the election office.
Registered residents also may vote early by mail, with applications available at the website, www.WycoVotes.org.
Polls also are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 8. Voters must go to assigned polling places on Election Day. Some polling places may have changed. The Wyandotte County Election Office recently sent out postcards listing voters’ polling places.
