The victim of a fatal accident on Saturday in the 1800 block of State Avenue has been identified, according to a police spokesman.
Richard Lewis Jr., 70, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, was pronounced dead at the scene, the spokesman stated.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department is investigating, according to the spokesman.
