An accident was reported on southbound I-635 near Shawnee Drive on Jan. 29 in Kansas City, Kan., according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
A car and a sport utility vehicle were southbound on I-635 at 8:43 a.m. Jan. 29 when the SUV slowed for traffic, according to the trooper’s report. The car did not slow and struck the SUV, the report stated.
The driver of the 2010 Nissan car, a 34-year-old man from Kansas City, Mo., had a possible injury and was taken to a Kansas City, Kan., hospital, according to the trooper’s report.
The driver of the 2012 GMC SUV, a 58-year-old Parkville, Mo., woman, was not injured, according to the trooper’s report.
An 18-year-old woman from Parkville and a 23-year-old woman from Parkville in the SUV also were not injured, according to the report.
