Accident reported at I-70 and 18th
An accident has been reported at eastbound I-70 at 18th Street Expressway about 9:44 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, according to KC Scout. (KC Scout photo)

This particular area of I-70 and 18th street has numerous accidents per week.
I quit trying to go westbound on I-70 from 18th street due to the limited visibility of oncoming vehicles and speeders coming from the east. It only took 2x nearly getting hit or run off the road, before I decided to take an alternate route. Kansas Highway Dept needs to either redesign this death trap or change the speed limit to 55 mph through this area and enforce it.
