Two brothers were charged in the brutal beating of a man Nov. 16 in the 500 block of Center Street in Kansas City, Kan., according to the Wyandotte County district attorney’s office.
Charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated battery in conjunction with the incident were Luke D. Stinson, Edwardsville, Kan., 21, and Mark D. Stinson, Harrisonville, Mo., 33.
District Attorney Jerome Gorman charged the two brothers in connection with the attack on 20-year-old Timothy Mulvey.
Both men are being held in the Wyandotte County Jail. A bond of $75,000 was set. They are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty, according to the district attorney’s office.
