Opening day at the fair

VFW posts, plus VFW Riders and Patriot Guard conducted a ceremony at the opening day of the Wyandotte County Fair, Tuesday, July 13. Tuesday was veterans and military night. The fair continues from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, at 13700 Polfer Road, Kansas City, Kansas. It runs through Saturday. Tickets are $5 per person and there is a $5 parking fee.
