The heat index could reach a high of 99 today, according to the National Weather Service, while the thermometer could hit 94.
The temperature was 85, with a heat index of 90, at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Tonight, there is a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m., the weather service said.
Sunday, the 20 percent chance of showers and storms continues after 1 p.m., according to the weather service. The high will be near 95 on Sunday.
Look for cooler weather on Monday, when temperatures will reach a high near 75, the weather service said.
