The Kiwanis Club of Kansas City West is sponsoring a drive-through bike event from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 15, at the Legends Field, 1800 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas.
Vehicles with kids who are passengers will drive through and receive free bicycle helmets.
Bicycle helmets, T-shirts and a goody bag will be given to the first 300 kids attending.
Participants will stay in their cars and receive helmets.
The event will be held rain or shine. The location also is known as the former T-Bones stadium.
