A fire was reported at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 36 S. Pyle St., Kansas City, Kansas.
Fire crews extinguished the house fire and limited exposure to an adjacent structure, according to the Kansas City, Kansas, Fire Department.
Crews fought fires at both houses under cold weather conditions, also with a steep terrain.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, according to the Fire Department, and no injuries were reported.
