The Board of Public Utilities will hold a special session at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9.
On the agenda are two executive sessions, which are closed to the public. One is on personnel and the other is on labor.
It will be a virtual meeting conducted by telephone and the internet. The usual procedure with executive sessions is to open the meeting in public session, and then go into a closed session.
