The victim of a homicide on Oct. 26 in the 900 block of Reynolds Avenue has been identified, according to a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
The victim was Lolita Day-Copes, 45, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas.
Officers went to the 900 block of Reynolds on Monday after family members found her deceased.
A spokesman said it appeared that foul play was involved.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Major Case Unit is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS, the spokesman stated.
