Police are seeking a person of interest, Germaine C. Lewis, 40, in a kidnapping case on Sunday morning, Oct. 25, in the 2300 block of West 39th Street.
Lewis, 5-10 and 190 pounds, with brown eyes and bald, was last seen driving a 1998 gold Toyota Camry with Kansas license plate 662 MYB, according to Kansas City, Kansas, police.
Anyone who sees Lewis is asked to call 911 immediately, according to police. Anyone with information about his whereabouts or information related to the case is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
