Highest COVID-19 case numbers in 66102 in Wyandotte County

The highest COVID-19 case numbers in the last two weeks are in Zip Code 66102 in Wyandotte County, which recorded 117 cases in the past 14 days.

According to the Unified Government’s map showing confirmed cases from the past 14 days by Zip Code, the second highest area was Zip Code 66102, with 75 cases.

Other Zip Codes: 66109, with 64 cases; 66106, with 58 cases; 66103, with 55 cases; 66101, with 42 cases; 66112, with 38 cases; 66111, with 22 cases; 66105, with 15 cases; and 66012, with 13 cases, according to the UG’s map.

The MARC KC Resource COVID-19 Regional Hub reported 35,060 total cases for a nine-county area on Sunday, an increase of 228 cases from Saturday.

Testing to resume Tuesday


The UG Health Department will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7, for Labor Day, and testing will be closed Monday. Testing will resume from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, at the Health Department parking lot, 6th and Ann, Kansas City, Kansas.

There will be pop-up testing from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, at All Saints parish, 811 Vermont, Kansas City, Kansas. The pop-up testing is through the Wyandotte County Health Equity Task Force and Vibrant Health.
