U.S. Rep. Sharice Davids, D-3rd Dist., plans a virtual conversation on the need to protect the integrity of the U.S. Postal Service at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20.
The virtual conversation will be on Facebook, and those interested may view it at facebook.com/RepDavids.
A guest during the virtual conversation will be Michelle Fitzpatrick, president of Kaw Valley Area Local No. 238, American Postal Workers Union. They plan to discuss the role of the USPS in the lives of seniors, veterans, rural communities and voters, particularly amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
