Shooting reported on Ann Avenue
A shooting was reported at 10:30 p.m. Aug. 15 in the 900 block of Ann Avenue, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
According to the report, officers were dispatched on a call about a shooting. The victim stated they returned to their home and discovered a single bullet had come through the living room window and into the ceiling. No one was home when the bullet entered the house, according to the report. Officers and detectives responded.
