A man is in serious condition after a shooting overnight in Kansas City, Kansas.
A shooting was reported at 12:08 a.m. Saturday, May 30, in the 1200 block of Rowland Avenue, according to a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
Police were dispatched to the location, and when they arrived, they found a male inside the residence with an apparent gunshot wound, the spokesman stated. The victim was taken to a hospital in serious condition.
The Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau is investigating. Police asked anyone with information to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
