The suspect stabbed the victims several times, according to the report.
The victims were taken to a hospital with serious injuries, the report stated.
Shooting reported
A shooting into an occupied residence was reported at 10:50 a.m. April 16 in the 100 block of North 10th Street, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
A suspect shot into the residence while the victim was inside, the report stated. There were no injuries.
