Rain is continuing today, moving from west to east across the region, according to the National Weather Service, and ending this evening.
Isolated thunder will be possible during the afternoon, primarily for locations along and south of I-70, the weather service said.
Total rainfall on Monday could be a half-inch in Wyandotte County, according to the forecast.

Tonight, there is a 60 percent chance of rain likely before 7 p.m., according to the weather service. It will be cloudy, with a low of 32 and a north northwest wind of 7 to 14 mph, gusting as high as 26 mph. Less than a tenth of an inch of rain is possible.
Tuesday, it will be mostly sunny with a high near 57, the weather service said. A calm wind will become south around 5 mph in the afternoon.
