Two victims of fatal gunshot wounds have been identified, according to the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
When police arrived at 10 p.m. March 2 at the 1000 block of Forest Court, they found two males deceased from gunshot wounds in the parking lot, according to a spokesman for the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
One of the deceased victims was Julian Ponce-Frank, age 19, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, the spokesman stated.
The other deceased victim was identified as Abdu Wana, age 19, a resident of Kansas City, Kansas, the spokesman stated.
The deaths are being investigated as homicides by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division. Anyone with information is asked to call the TIPS hotline at 816-474-TIPS.
