Battery alleged after argument
Aggravated domestic battery was reported after a verbal argument between a victim and a suspect at 7:50 p.m. Dec. 25, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
The suspect allegedly hit the victim several times, then the suspect put the victim in a head lock and the victim could not breathe, according to the report. The victim had minor injuries, while the suspect fled, according to the report.
Officers recover vehicle listed as stolen on Sandusky Avenue
Officers were patrolling an area in the 1100 block of Sandusky Avenue at 3:30 a.m. Dec. 26 when they located a vehicle listed as stolen out of Kansas City, Missouri, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
Officers conducted a high-risk traffic stop and took the driver into custody without incident, according to the report.
Police find vehicle listed as stolen on New Jersey Avenue
Kansas City, Kansas, police located a vehicle listed as stolen at 10:23 p.m. Dec. 24 in the 1800 block of New Jersey Avenue, according to a social media post by the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
As officers patrolled the area, they saw a vehicle that was listed as stolen, the report stated.
Officers conducted a high-risk traffic stop and took the driver into custody at the scene without incident, according to the report.
