A flash sale on the Kansas Lottery’s $20 Holiday Millionaire Raffle ticket will run from Friday, Dec. 20, through 2:50 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, or until the last raffle ticket is sold.
Those who purchase a $20 raffle ticket will receive a $6 Powerball ticket without additional expense in this promotion. The Powerball jackpot was up to $171 million on Friday.
The Powerball ticket will print automatically with three sets of Quick Pick numbers in this promotion.
Only 200,000 tickets were available for the Holiday Millionaire Raffle and the lottery’s website on Friday, Dec. 20, listed 39,266 raffle tickets still available for purchase.
One raffle ticket will win the grand prize of $1 million in a drawing Jan. 2. More than 6,800 winners of other prizes also will be drawn Jan. 2. There will be 800 raffle ticket holders who win $100 and 6,000 who will win $50.
There also are 25 tickets that will win $1,000; 15 tickets will win $5,000; five tickets will win $25,000; three tickets will win $50,000; and one ticket will win $100,000 in the drawing.
