A homicide on Monday, Nov. 25, in the 900 block of Ohio Avenue is under investigation, according to the Kansas City, Kansas, Police Department.
Officers were notified of shots fired and a rolling gun battle in the area of 6th and Tauromee about 6:36 a.m. Nov. 25, a police spokesman stated.
Several more calls came in through dispatch, which led officers to the 900 block of Ohio Avenue, where they found a white four-door vehicle with a deceased man in his early 30s, the spokesman stated. The man, who was in the back seat of the vehicle, had an apparent gunshot wound, police stated.
